At both Piccolo Mondo homes on Ohm Avenue, children hear English and Italian in songs, meals, and everyday talk — the way many Country Club households already live. They do not drill lists. Safety words stay clear. Affection and table talk get to be Italian too.
Mixing languages for a while is normal. It is not a delay. Young brains are built for this.
Three things to do at home
Say ciao at the door and buona notte at bed. Name one thing on the ride — luna, sole, casa.
